I upped the weight a fair bit for Day 18 and pushed pretty hard here again on Week 3. Looking forward to our week of "so-called rest" on Week 4. :)

Sorry guys...missed Day 16, video games got in the way. :(

But, I'm attacking Plyometrix hard, so here it is!

Going to be pushing even harder, if possible, in Week 3 considering Week 4 is "sort of" a rest week.
