WHAT I BELIEVE ABOUT REAL ESTATE AND AGENTS...

I believe people get into real estate because they have a dream. We get into Real Estate because we have this idealistic hope that real estate can be our ticket to a better income & life, doing something that actually helps people. Two noble reasons: (1) Have a life and (2) Help people.

I love that idealism.…and I believe that Real Estate is the greatest career path on the planet toward the life of your dreams. I believe that agents who have a combination of both skill plus heart…serve an incredibly valuable role in the world.

Unfortunately we get in and it becomes all about getting the next sale or listing.




One reason I founded YesMasters to reclaim the nobility of what we do for ourselves and in the eyes of the public that we serve.

In fact, I believe the future of real estate is not technology, but heart & authenticity and dedication to being great at what you do.

I was all wrong for real estate. My story started in a mobile home on a small farm in West Texas. I grew up as country boy…so shy, I’d rather talk to our farm animals, than to people. I had no idea how to…connect with people or how to influence or persuade…

When I began selling real estate, I had never even owned my own house! I had just moved from a small country town to a huge Metro area with no sales experience, no savings, and no sphere of influence.

All I had was a desire .to make a difference…and a willingness to learn and work hard.

Secretly, I WANTED TO BE HERO…but I was afraid of everything….disapproval, failure, rejection, ridicule, lawsuits…But I was determined…and so I jumped in.

The first time I knocked on FSBO’s door, he yelled at me to “get the f**k off my porch!” I was so traumatized I wouldn’t knock on another door for over a year.” Fortunately, I kept on prospecting (mostly by phone) and my 3rd year, I sold over 100 homes.

I realized….a lot of agents struggle with the same thing…they want to win…they want to make money by making a difference…but they’re afraid…or feel lost…

I have loved using my own failures & struggles and turning them into teaching & inspiration to help agents know, "YOU CAN DO THIS."

You can get “yes” without BS. You can take control of your time, your biz, and your life… You can build a business that adds value, while giving you the income and lifestyle you want…

But…I believe you have to commit to being GREAT at it…to do the work and commit to mastery…not to be an amateur.

My job is to help you get there...to help you develop the mindset, systems, strategies, & skills to make your dreams a reality…

I’m here to help you win in your business & in your life…

I don’t want to just train agents to sell houses…I want to inspire them. I want to help them have the life of their dreams. I want to create impact in their lives…because I think deep down that’s what most agents want to do with their business and for their clients.

I believe in the power of heart…of intention and purpose…and desire to make a huge difference….and to be great at it.
