As of the posting of this video, there are 35 of videos that I've put up on saving money and stretching the food budget. For some reason, the question "Why are you doing this?" keeps coming up. This video is the answer.

If you want to share my video channel with anyone one who is trying to budget and save money in the kitchen, please by all means do so. It is my desire to help and serve as best I can with what I've learned. Learning by example and by doing are often what make life changes. So please pass 'me' on to people who you know need some encouraging ideas in these hard economic times!
