Hi shane, I'm wathcing you from Colombia and I like a lot your channel.... look, generally I'm a sports lover but since 3 years ago I'm really into the gym bodybuilding culture. The enviroment that is around me somethimes could be violent. Can you make a video where you can teach people that love gym as me, how to use STRENGTH as an advantage in a fight??? I think that would be a VERY INTERESTING TOPIC for a loooot of people. Thanks !!!

Hey man love you love your show. Question: i have seen, that with a kick (leg kick for example) you and a lot of other people step their foot into a 90 degree position rather than rotate it from the boxing position. Is there a specific reason for that?

Hey! I like your channel a lot. I wanted to know your opinion about shotokan karate's calf kick. How to use it effectively, and when? I've only seen Lyoto Machida using that in UFC, but in Karate tournaments they use that a lot, sometimes literally lifting the opponent in the air. The name of the technique is achi-barai, I think. Any thoughts about it?

in my opinion,if u start the fight with a punch and ur first punch is powerful enough to hurt ur opponent by much, carry on with rapid punches..if he is a trained person u'll eventually figure it out anyway...i think once someone starts a fight with a punch he shouldn give his opponent a chance to fight back up to the time he can make his opponent back off from hitting back

Hi Shane, I was wondering if you could recommend some exercise to improve cardio during a fight. Last week I was at the gym, training Muay Thai with friends, and we started sparring. After about 20 minutes (with breaks inbetween) I went sparring with another guy, and we went much more intense, but shortly into it I went out of breath and my movements became awfully slow and predictable, which is not usually the case with me. I'm 200 lbs, 30 years old, training muay thai for almost a year now, twice a week, weight training twice a week, and a 2-4 mile run once a week. I don't usually go out of breath easily, and consider myself in a pretty good shape. However hard sparing is something that doesn't happen very often in our gym, and it appears to be draining me too fast. What do you recommend I should do, to increase my stamina and endurance in a fight? Thanks, Vic

Hands down, this channel is leading the way in content. Great videos which are nicely presented.

Hey! LOVE your videos! You break everything down in a way that makes sense. Can I make a request though? Do you think you could throw in Southpaw variations in some of the videos for the black sheep in the gyms? I love Kevin Ross' Catch and Sweep video you posted - yet as a southpaw I'm scratching my head at the mechanics of it. Cheers!

Hey shane, could you do a top 3 signature moves of Dominic Cruz?

Hey Shane. Hitting continuously on something hard will thicken the shin bone (because of microfractures). So what if I train my knuckles by hitting hard thing (or just a bag but without gloves)
