This is my experiment with an online support group for those who may be house bound or alone and need some kind of interaction with others.
Or just an outlet for what you are going through.
Video responses will be allowed for every video, if you do not have the ability to record yourself, please do a written response or feel free to send a private message.
This is a place to ask questions or share your ideas to help others with your own experiences.
Caregivers, Friends and family are also encourage to participate.

I was wondering if you could ask the question through the Vlog, if people are taking any supplements such as Vitamin D3 or Multiple Vitamins, for example. And if so, what dose, why, and results if any? Also, is this as recommended by a physician, or just on their own? You may have a done a Vlog on this already.
When you have the chance to do so...no rush. I'm curious! Thanks.

are doing pro MS people, we don't feel alone with persons like you in this journey, God Bless you.
Rick.
I think the names of the medication is a bit diffeferent here, but they're starting me on one called Extavia, wchich is an interferon beta that I will take subcutaniously. For symptoms I take Lyrica and Sarotex (tricyclic antidepressant, which can also help with pain). I have severe trigeminal neuralgia and also a lot of pain in my legs. I used to be on Tegretol which was wonderful. Sadly I had an allergic reaction to it, and had to stop and swich to Lyrica. Lyrica also helps, but not as much. I've found that with nerve pain, these kinds of medication is all that helps. I've tried really strong painrelievers (narcotics like Valium), but it hasn't helped me at all.
I hope everything works out for you!!
