Many people make the mistake of dropping the intensity levels when they take out a gym membership, resulting in them sitting on exercise bikes bored, if your goal is fat loss then your workouts shouldn't be boring!

This session includes a fully customizable plan consisting of two compound exercises from bench press, squat, deadlift, shoulder press, lat pulldown and barbell row.
