Lucky 6 Workout - Fat Loss
Many people make the mistake of dropping the intensity levels when they take out a gym membership, resulting in them sitting on exercise bikes bored, if your goal is fat loss then your workouts shouldn't be boring!
This session includes a fully customizable plan consisting of two compound exercises from bench press, squat, deadlift, shoulder press, lat pulldown and barbell row. It then gives you a four exercise circuit which combines four upper body moves (push ups, pull ups, explosive push ups, towel pull ups, prone cobra and inverted row), four lower body exercises (squat, hip bridge, bench step ups, jumping lunges, side lunges and bench jumps), four core exercises (mountain climber, broomstick twist, plank, bicycle crunches, side plank and full leg raises) and four body weight exercises for shoulers, biceps, triceps and full body (dips, chin ups, triangle push ups, underhand row, burpees and close grip push ups).
