Tone your abs and obliques with this easy exercise from Fitnessmagazine.com. The Falling Abs exercise will tighten up your core muscles and give you a flat stomach just in time for bikini season. For this move, lay on your back with your hands behind your head and heels on gliders. Next, crunch up as you slide your heels toward your butt. Be sure not to use your hands to lift your head -- instead engage your ab muscles and lift your upper body from your core. Do two sets of 20 reps. Remember to keep your core muscles engaged and to breathe throughout the exercise.
