Punjab is a land of five rivers in North West India and North East Pakistan. Punj means five and aab means water, so punjab means five waters,five rivers. satluj, ravi, biaas, chenab and jhelum. Biaas, and Satluj merge into one river retaining the name Satluj at Harike(ਹਰੀਕੇ ਪੱਤਣ) near Frozepur in Punjab just before crosing the border into west Punjab (Pakistan) and eventually merging into another river.punjab was the way for invader to invade india but we(punjabi sikhs)stood against them ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਜੰਮਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿੱਤ ਮੁਹਿੰਮਾਂ.Today punjabis(sikhs) r everywhere in this world n going to rule the world.
