Hello bishopaz! Long time no hear! Hope all is well with you. I've got a question. Would you recommend a total gym? I've been thinking about buying one just to add something different to my routines. On a scale of 1 - 10, with ten being the best, where would you rate the overall end results of owning a total gym? Does it meet your expectations? Does it give you the results you were looking for when you purchased it? Do you have any regrets in relation to the amount of money you spent for the machine?
