First off, I wanna note that it's been a while since my last video, but this will make up for it. :) Now comes the description.

Amazing! This is something that no one has done before! They work with both child and adult Link! With some work, I found the values for each and every color, and eventually put that knowledge forward when finding the rom and gameplay_keep locations as well. Here is an example of the setup and what each part means:

Weak Spin Attack (bottom part) = 0000FF (0xF70614 in rom) (0x12614 in the file)

Weak Spin Attack (bottom part): That basically means that it's the bottom/flat part of the weak Spin Attack.
0000FF: That's the default RGB values.
(0xF70614 in rom): That's the rom offset... of course.
(0x12614 in file): That's the offset that it's located in the gameplay_keep.zdata file.

Here are the offsets, as if I haven't made you wait long enough:

Color Value Locations:
Weak Spin Attack (bottom part) = 0000FF (0xF70614 in rom) (0x12614 in the file)
Weak Spin Attack (surrounding part) = 0064FF (0xF70734 in rom) (0x12734 in the file)
Strong Spin Attack (bottom part) = FF0000 (0xF70B94 in rom) (0x12B94 in file)
Strong Spin Attack (surrounding part) = FF6400 (0xF70CB4 in rom) (0x12CB4 in file)

Unless you're just editing the gameplay_keep file, you should use the rom offsets. To use the offsets, you use the Go To feature in your hex editor and enter the offset, and edit the three bytes there. They are in red, green, and blue order, hence the term, RGB.

If I want to edit the surrounding/standing part of the strong Spin Attack, I'd look in the list. It is 0xF70CB4 in rom. I'd enter F70CB4 in the Go To window in my hex editor (I recommend HxD, by the way). Just pointing that if you're new to the whole concept.

Enjoy, and, if used ANYWHERE (mod, video, etc.), credit goes to Flotonic for finding these offsets and sharing them with everyone. This is for the debug rom. I will try to convert these offsets over to 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2 versions of OoT as well, in time.

Also. DeathBasket shared some sword swipe color offsets with me, and, due to a recent comment, I'll post them here for easier access.
