What a great park to win this, I am so happy for them!

This sight provides a view of some of the shows from the theme park Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN located near the Great Smoky Mountains. In most cases I will post the full show rather than clips.

NOTE: These shows are not for sale! While the park is okay with these postings, I cannot send out copies of the shows. I hope you understand. I just enjoy sharing these great memories and hope to help many find this great park.

Dollywood is my favorite park in operation today. I have another youtube sight under the name of KDFanPre91 that has shows from many parks, including Dollywood. I felt that since Dollywood is my favorite and since the shows from Dollywood are the ones people view the most, that I would start a sight just dedicated to Dollywood. You will find some of those show recordings as favorites on here.

In my view, Dollywood is the finest non Disney theme park in operation today. There are many reasons I feel this way but here are a few:

*Dollywood is a theme park in the true sense. It is very much a Smoky Mountain experience in every way it can be. You feel like you have gone back in time when you step into the park.

*The rides in the park provide something for almost everyone. They range from rollercoasters to a true full size steam train that runs on coal, water, and lots of loving care.

*The park and its staff truly care about their guests and you can tell that they want you to have a great time. You get the feeling that you are family when you visit the park!

*The food is of great quality and is an experience in itself.

*The crafts of the mountains from years past are shown and performed before your eyes.

*And the reason for this sight: shows, shows, and more shows. Quality productions are all around the park and they change during the year with several festivals that make for a very different visit each time you go. You will find a sample of the great entertainment on this sight.

Another thing that sets the park apart from the rest is that it is very much built on Christian standards. They even have a service on Sunday in the park's own church. Also one of the shows at the park is a Southern Gospel Quartet , The Kingdom Heirs. Every show they do is different.

Can you tell I love this park? Plan a visit if there is anyway you can! By the way, I do not work for the park! I am just a fan of what they do!
