What's up Home Skillets!
Here is another old video to demonstrate how I used to maintain my hair when I was only 3 months natural. I hope it gives you guys some new ideas on how to style your TWAs!

What's up Home Skillets!
Here's how I sleep with and refresh my "corkscrew twist-out" hairstyle.
⋅♥⋅ A few things you should know ⋅♥⋅
• I purchased my coconut oil at Walmart in the vitamin section for $5.
• I purchased my hair pick at the Dollar Tree.
• I purchased my stain pillow case at Sally's Beauty Supply for around $11. Satin bonnets and scarves may be found at the Dollar Tree as well as your local beauty supply store.
• The pink headband I used is from a local accessories boutique in Temecula, CA named "Karli's".
• My hair is naturally VERY coily, so my results look more like coils/coil out, but depending on your own texture, this technique should give you a more spiral look.
• This (as well as ALL styles I do) should last you up to one week depending on how you maintain it. There is no need to re-twist this look every night. Just go to sleep and wake up...add oil...shake/fluff out hair and style as desired. Quick and easy. *However, nightly and morning routines may vary from person to person and you may need to re-twist or do more than the next person.
✿ FAQ's ✿
Q: REQUEST : Can you upload a video on how you wash out this style? It seems as if you hair would get really matted trying to remove this style. Thanks. BTW I absolutely love this channel. Keep up the good work! -NaturalGlory1
A: @NaturalGlory1 Thanks and great question! To be honest, I do not have problems with matting. All I have to do is run water through it and finger detangle and my hair is fine. Depending on each individual texture, I would suggest re-twisting the hair at night to prevent matting. =) -MsVcharles
