This is work and pleasure. I am a HND Television student in Edinburgh and this channel hosts my work in that field:

► Music videos
I work primarily with live music coverage and examples of this include those of my talented daughter Brigid Mhairi (see link to her channel on the right), Richard Dunn (link to the right), Doc Rodent (link to the right) and other musos who get in front of the lens. Also take on commissions for music videos.

► Fashion videos
Having filmed at London Fashion Week for two years now I am interested in showing life and work in the fashion industry from a different, more fly on-the-wall type, angle. I have worked with my brother Stefán Orschel-Read showing at London Fashion Week for the past two years.

► Event videos
I was fortunate to participate (not featured) in the Life In A Day project. Included in this set of works are travelogs of my last trip to my home in southern India, during the first Gulf War in 1991. I cover events at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival as well as working with community projects and charities.

► Equipment
I use a Panasonic HVX201 (also a Sony Handycam with stereo mic), editing on Avid Media Composer 5 and/or on Final Cut Pro, using both PC and Mac.

Working with Richard Dunn, a fine musician and a great sound engineer, I am able to organise professional audio for the videos if required. I also work with Brigid Mhairi, my very talented daughter, where required.

If you are interested in having your event in Scotland, the North East, and even London covered- please do not hesitate to contact me.
