History of the band:
There was this big empty space and it seemed to me it needed to be filled by a blues band. Not your regular authentic blues band, but a sort of bastard love child of lots of stuff.

So I bullied Des (Bass) and Ronan (Lead) into stepping out of the happy little neck of the woods that they occupied as brilliant musicians and dreadful cynics, and plunged them into a world a little alien, a little off centre and way off where they normally lurk.

So we clash, we agree, we don't agree, we bring the things we like and then we ring the necks of some damn fine musical archaology. Sorry Robert Johnson and Muddy Waters and others... It's what we do.

Bringing all these different styles together with Kerry, our new drummer and plonking them in front of Brigid, asking her to leave behind her dreamy ways and to non-sing, it is a musical moulinex.

And you know, it actually works. Eventually, you will see that it works because we will be out there getting loads of gigs in Scotland. At present, we are playing mainly at Whistle Binkies and the Three Monkeys. Today- the Monkeys, tomorrow- the World. Or near it...
