Thoughts on reality, philosophy and psychology. With some humour.
About Me:

I don't debate with Bible Literalists or Young Eathers, for the same reason that I don't debate with dogs or cats, so if this vid...

seems sensible to you, don't bother trying to engage me in a conversation - I'm just too arrogant to consider your views worthwhile.
1.How do you think life began?
In a puddle of goo.
Does empirical science prove your answer?
Yes, consensus is getting close to this being a proof.
2.Why has every civilization believed in a creator?
There are some that haven't, but humans are social animals who have survived by finding patterns and experimenting with cause and effect.
3.What types of government structures have been created from an atheistic world view in the past?
Plenty. An example would be China, the fastest growing industrial nation today.
What positive ideals has atheism offered this world?
Freedom from mental slavery and abuse by deceitful leaders.
4.By what authoritative writer or principles do you live your life?
Dawkins -- The Selfish Gene.
Guidance instilled by my culture and parents.
Analysis of behaviour as a self aware sentient being.
Do you live by any standards?
Yes (see above).
5.In your opinion should religion be removed from public?
In so far as it interferes with the public, yes.
If so where should it be tolerated?
Anywhere that it has no effect on the public. In the toilet, for example.
6.How did the universe begin?
Not sure, The Big Bang is a good theory. Measurable evidence supports it from a fraction of a second after the likely start of this Universe, but there is no data that I know of before this point.
Can nothing create everything?
Possibly. The Universe could be a zero sum event.
What was the cause?
No idea, as I stated above, I know of no data for this.
7.Hypothetically if you had to choose a religion what religion would you choose?
I would be a Jedi -- many religions can convince people that they have mystical powers, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. I would like to tell potential muggers that I could snap their spine using thought alone.
Why would you choose this religion?
Purely for self defence.
Would you tell others of your religion?
No -- I would keep it a secret, except to tell them that I had these powers. If I tried to teach them these powers, they would realise that I was a liar.
"A question for atheists. In a world where there's no proof of God's existence or of life after death; how will you explain to your children why you brought them into the world and why they will have to die?"
I'd tell them I needed a fuck to fulfil a biological need created by my DNA, and when their bodies have served their DNA for long enough, they will find that continued survival is no longer possible, since competing DNA will eventually overwhelm them or errors in their own DNA will cause a critical failure in them.
The difference between science and religion? This sums it up...
"A measurement so delicate and carrying a profound implication on physics requires an extraordinary level of scrutiny," said Fernando Ferroni, president of Italian Institute for Nuclear Physics in a statement.

This is still my main channel. The other one is just for fun and friends at the moment. Some of the things that have been going on lately makes me realize it is a good idea to have a back up.
