MIRRORING POLICY
I give full permission for any Youtube user to mirror any video that I upload to Youtube on this channel anywhere on the internet provided that the following conditions are adhered to
1. The video is used within Youtube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines as well as any similar Terms of Service on any other website
2. The mirror is shown UNEDITED and includes all credits both at the beginning and end of the video (where shown on the original) regardless of if you wish to use your own introduction or credits as bookends to the beginning or end of the mirrored material.
3. A link is provided back to this channel in any accompanying description of the material used
4. Where links are provided to a channel where I obtained original footage or I provide credit to another user for material used within the video for any reason, these links are also included in the accompanying description of the material used .
5. If the video I upload is not my original work and is a direct mirror of another user's video then there will be a link to the original uploader's channel in the information box that will enable you to contact the original uploader or content owner to obtain permission. You must do this as I can grant you permission on their behalf. The only exception to this is where explicit permission to mirror the material is given either within the video itself or within the information box accompanying the video.
Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in me being a little pissed at you but not a lot else as I am not the type to start filing DMCA take down notices against other users and to be honest I will probably just be flattered that you consider my efforts worth mirroring but as these are all courtesies that I extend to users who's material that I mirror I simply ask that you extend me the same

I am not unreasonable about such things and I am happy to help you out if people start giving you crap about views and opinions that I express in the videos of mine that you are mirroring.

In case of any doubt or misunderstanding I grant all Youtube users full permission to use any original material and content contained in my videos without limitation, as provided within the terms of service of this website, the community guidelines of Youtube and fair use safe harbours of copyright legislation in force in the relevant jurisdictions, these being, but not limited to, my own and the jurisdiction of the user using the material.
For obvious reasons I can not grant users permission to use material and content originally created by others that I may use from time to time in my videos and you use any such material and/or content at your own risk.
In any case, though I may not agree with the way that you use original material and/or content from my videos or the argument that you may put forward while using it which I accept may be directly contrary to my own views or opinions, as long as it is used within the above conditions, I am not going to file take down notices against you
Fraudulent , malicious, unwarranted and/or otherwise improper copyright claims are just a waste or everyone's time, a poor way to try and win an argument and often result in the Streisand Effect.
