Furthermore, there are manifold advantages of having a monarchy.
The Queen unites and represents the entire country to the rest of the world without the limitation of subscribing to a particular political viewpoint, thus fulfilling a unique diplomatic function.
Her Majesty is also the unifying force of the Commonwealth. Outside of the UK she is the Head of State of fifteen other Commonwealth realms and Head of the Commonwealth itself, a voluntary association of 53 independent countries spanning every geographical region, religion and culture. In this role she fosters trade links, diplomacy, friendship and international cooperation between people across the globe.
Moving beyond the Queen, the royal family as a whole have given so much to the UK and the wider world.
The majority of the British public (84%)
is overwhelmingly in favour of it, not only in our own country but around the world in removing it in this modern age would bring political, religious and moral unrest around the world as well as in UK.

The Queen is a gracious, dignified and hardworking lady, who has dedicated all her life to her country and its people. She has earned the respect of millions, the world over. The same cannot be said for a lot of presidents and tyrants who rule over the other countries. We should be extremely grateful to such a selfless lady, for her Never-Ending dedication to her duty. Despite turbulent times, Elizabeth remains firmly in the hearts of her people and she will remain forever. Her Majesty
vowed to give her soul to her country and the commonwealth and she vows to do so, until the day she dies. How many Prime Ministers we had who have agreed to give their life to their country? To serve through good times and bad and not to resign or quit? For 56 years and more, she has done best as Queen. She has never complained or forgotten her role or given up hope with her people, that is something truly
remarkable. Queen Elizabeth is considered to be doing a superb job and is truly above the fray. Her Majesty goes on absorbing the insults, never complaining nor explaining, quietly earning our respect and patiently reflecting our national character.

The monarchy is a point of fascination for foreign visitors and adds millions of pounds to the economy every year as people travel to see palaces, crown jewels or even the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace. The pomp and ceremony which surrounds royalty forms a unique part of British culture and tradition, uniting thousands of years of history to the present day in the 21st century.
In terms of public service, military service, charitable work, political awareness, historical value, diplomacy, tourism and even sporting prowess, I can think of no other family or indeed, organisation, which has contributed so much for such good value for money.
Millions of pounds generated for the economy, charity, thousands of hours dedicated to public service and most important a nation's history preserved.
