Rehan Qayoom studied English literature at Birkbeck College, University of London. His poems and articles have appeared in numerous magazines and periodicals. His books include 'Seeking Betjeman Country' and 'Prose 1997 - 2008' and his poetry is collected in the forthcoming volume 'About Time'. He is the foremost bilingual poet in the United Kingdom. He lives in London surrounded by books.
