I bought this dvd set. it's ok. What really bothers me is the camera angles. The people filming have no idea when to use what angles. Every time you have to move to the side they switch from a front view to a side view so you can't really see what the feet are doing and they do too many close ups on the abs and you can't see what the feet are doing. It will take you many run throughs to be able to get the footwork and understand what's going on with the forward/back side to side

I do a lot of photos. I use a mac and Aperture. I want to make a watermark in photoshop that I can save and then just upload in aperture and apply to all of the files when I export them, so they already have the watermark and I don't have to bring each one individually into photoshop. Can anyone tell me how to make just a watermark file that will be opaque can be dropped aperture? Cuz I can resize it and change position in aperture to suit each photo

The Vitamix is worth it. We use it multiple times a day to make fast and creamy raw vegan smoothies, dressings, soups, icecream, almond milk and more. It is irreplaceable in the kitchen and the first appliance I would buy again, when on a raw or even vegan diet. It saves so much time.
