Hi. Missed me? Well, it's not like I had any fans in the first place.
A quick little opening just to update. (Where are those ToR segments...?) Subbing these makes me feel... I dunno, insignificant? Makes me wish I could actually translate these myself so I can feel better. Well, it just gives me more reasons to study Japanese more. Ooh, someday...
Anyways, if you didn't know already, this is the opening to Tales of Innocence, called "Follow the Nightingale" by KOKIA. And if you didn't notice by watching, you're probably gonna think "what language are they even singing in?" Well apparently it's reversed Japanese, but written in roomaji form. Yeah. Pretty unique though. If you've ever listened to the full version of this song... Well, it's really bizarre. I'll leave that up to interpretation.
Here's hoping for a speedy translation patch, guys! Keep at it!

This is the first trailer released for the upcoming PSP Tales title, Tales of VS. (Tales of "versus"). The game is said to be similar to FF's Dissidia, but has its own storyline and plot. The story revolves around four main countries, namely The Holy Country Heidr, The Kingdom of Knights Hraesvelgr, The New Empire Niddhog and The Alliance of Free Cities Dyne. The game will have a total of 35 characters from the series, complete with newly made status images and hi-ougi cut-ins for all of them.
Aside from Yuri, Richter, Shing and Luke, the other currently confirmed playable characters include Anise Tatlin (Tales of the Abyss), Might Kongman (Tales of Destiny), Stan Aileron (Tales of Destiny) Kratos Aurion (Tales of Symphonia).
New confirmed characters!
Cless Alvein (Tales of Phantasia), Leon Magnus (Tales of Destiny), Ruca Milda (Tales of Innocence), Asch (Tales of the Abyss), Judith (Tales of Vesperia), Philia Philis (Tales of Destiny), Mao (Tales of Rebirth)
Tales of VS. is slated for an August 6, 2009 release for the PlayStation Portable in Japan. US localization yet to be announced.

The main rule: to use at least 3 different Final Fantasy games. Well, I went overboard on game footage on this one, so demon: sorry!
Story
Once upon a time lived a fabtacularly clever individual called Nanaki. or Red XIII. (Or as I like to call him, Mr Fwuffy.) After lamenting the futility of his academic achievements, he begins a journey to find others who share his spectacular grumpiness.
*NOTE* In fear of further losing his credibility, Balthier REFUSED to sing in this video.
