I've had several requests for update videos now.. I'll post one when I've lost these 3 kgs I'm trying to do! Because right now theres not much difference since my last video (Yes I havn't been very focused recently)
About Me:
 
My goal:
Jog 20 km a week (5km for 4 days). When I'm at the gym I usually do 5 km (30-40 mins) running before I do other workouts. So, I will see how it goes!



What will I be trying to do?
Eating healthy - I eat a cup of All-Brain Fibre Plus every morning, and have green tea if I start late at school. I'll try to drink green tea 2-3 times a day. Lunch, I usually have 3 crisp breads with me to school, and always a water bottle. After school towards dinner I get hungry but try not to snack! (This is the hardest time for me). I'll try to eat salads or fruits at this time.

Exercise:
I enjoy exercising, the only problem should be the time. (I'm in my senior year at school now, so will have to do this while living a normal life)
I will try jogging but when the weather gets bad, I'll stick to the gym. I will try to go to spinning classes 2 times a week and go to the gym otherwise 2 times a week. I will also do Winsor Pilates at home every day (see my favourites).

I'm VERY weak for chocolate and ice cream, this is usually the only unhealthy stuff that is in our house at all times. If I get the urge, I usually end up eating some. and some more.. But I try to go and do crunches! I did that before and it helped. Or force myself to eat carrots.
So thats my game plan!

Um, wow. Im seriously jealous of you right now! But congrats! That must have took some serious willpower and dedication. I was just wondering if maybe in one of your videos you could post a sample of your diet? Like, portion sizes and foods. That would really help :) I kinda wanna try whatever youre doing and see if it works. Senior prom is in 3 months, so I would be ecstatic to be able to look like that!

If you ever can't get to the gym... or you don't feel like getting out of your jammies...check out "makingthebest09" here on youtube. you will find tons of workouts that target specific areas of the body, and he's a personal trainer.

girl, its like I told you, muscle weighs more than fat, it doesnt mean you've gained weight you've just gained muscle which is awesome! you look great, you can definitely tell the difference :) Im happy for you, keep up the good work. Im getting serious about working out too, Ive been jogging and Ive added small weights. Have you seen my Halloween Challenge ? take a look, maybe you can join me. well good luck and stay in touch

thanks girl :) yea I think if you can find physical things I like doing then I'll actually do them you know, so I love dancing, and running, and playing tennis, so Im going to start doing those things more often.
