I want to get thing till the summer. TIl june at least, and liiike if abs don't help because i am fat. So i should start running 20 min. i think that i can 20 min. so if i do it, i should do abs ? i shouldn't do them right?? Cuz they aren't goint to do anything right ?
Hmm, so if i run at least 4 days by week ,running 10 min. or 20 , i can't take does 20 . :/ do u think that in 2 months, i will get like a nice body WITHOUUUUUUT the belly fat ?
So i am starting to run like 10 min, like almost everyday.
Hmm, i can't take 30 min. :/
