La minute avant de sendormir :
1.Remercier votre Double pour la journée écoulée
2.Exposer un/votre problème au Double en disant : « pourquoi » si ça
3.Ensuite dites « Que ta volonté soit faite »
4.La dernière pensée avant de dormir doit être une pensée « Amoros »
- To actualise this creative way of being, before sleeping, THINK (talk to your Double) of what happen in your life problems, health, money etc...
- Then say to your Double as your will be done
- Then go to sleep with trust in the outcome of the will of your double without thinking of new problems or other thoughts... (as your Double will catsh the last state of mind, thought you had before folling to sleep)
If you do that every night before folling into sleep, your life will change.
Nothing after that, such as faith or another way dictated by religion other human belief (technic) should be felling yourself down...
Health, great thing in life and all what is needed by yourself will be improve for the best of why you came here for...
Its now that you can follow you bliss...
Enjoy this New - old way of being...!
Now, one realizes that it may be of the intellectual way of thinking thats just based on negative outcomes thats in fact not needed for our growth on this planet...
Thoughts that suppose to improve life of others is actually only profits for one man and / or couple of them...( )
