For symbian phone, most of them will have bugs and lag. Just depends which have the less. Howevere we can't compare between N95 and 5800 as both of them are on different level of symbian OS ver. For 5800, the phone stability has been increased after a few update along the year, try not to installed to much memory driven software will keep it works perfectly without restarting always. Cheers!
