I used to fairly slim as I used to work a very physical job for about half a year. I would gain in the winter and loose in the summer. This year I didn't go back. I noticed in April I was starting to get a little heavy. At first I was going to work hard to loose it, but as time went on I realized I liked it.
Thus I began my gaining adventure.
I would like to say I've gained pounds, but since I was muscular I just lost muscle and gained fat. I've put on 10 pounds I think in fat...can't wait to get heavier.
Any suggestions?
Update* 05/29/08, went to the doctors-my scale is off! I'm at 160 pounds!
