Ross Exton is a skilled presenter with a great passion for education & entertainment, and the ability to clearly explain complex subjects to any age or ability. He loves inspiring people to ask questions & discover new ways of exploring the world around them.

He recently appeared as a finalist in the new CBBC series Blue Peter - You Decide! competing to join the Blue Peter team as their brand new presenter. Ross was chosen from more than 20,000 people who registered their interest in joining the Blue Peter team.

As a science communicator he combines the skills from masters degrees in both Chemistry and Radio production, and spends almost every day performing in front of live audiences. He has a huge range of skills, developed from a mix of practical experience and theoretical backgrounds, which he utilises both on stage and in front of the camera. His excellent interpersonal skills allow him to create strong relationships with his audience. He embraces new challenges and will try anything once. He has even allowed a Madagascan cockroach to crawl over his face, whilst talking about it to camera!

Ross creates educational online videos on both his YouTube channel, and for the science centre, 'At-Bristol'. He has used his skills to create the role of 'Live Science Video Producer' : a one-man operation producing, writing, filming, presenting, editing and uploading one video every fortnight.

For the past four years he has spent every working day on stage, and loves every second of it. Show less
