While a 12 week abortion is being performed, the fetus visibly tries to move away from the abortion tools, and its heart rate rises from 140 to 200 beats/minute. Given this information, I dont see how anyone could argue it is not a human being. the human fetus is formed and almost COMPLETELY functional by 12 weeks. the heart starts beating at 3.5 weeks. the brain starts functioning at 6 weeks.
