I quit smoking cold turkey and lost 45 lbs in the process. My last puff was October 5,2007.
To help me in my "stay quit" mode, I began a video log of sorts. This "log" has now become my "Quit Smoking Diary", found on this page. A collection of the videos I made of my progress and my thoughts to which I've added other quit smoking related videos by other Tubers.
Hundreds of you have written to me saying that the videos helped you too! THAT I did not expect! It was a great "side effect."
I plan to remain smoke free for the rest of my life despite occasional temptations.
I hope you can too!

What a cute vid featured! Hate to say it but I kind of remember those days.... *Midwestern Hayride* was a popular entertainment TV show we watched even tho we were not into country western music that much. The characters was the reason :D
