About Me:
I am not religious...and although I respect that some people are...I do not appreciate that inflexible minority who hold rigidly to their dogma to the exclusion of all others...because...whether they are aware of it or not...they are also endorsing that everyone else in the world is wrong!......These people do not and cannot learn from others...therefor, I would be as useless to them as they would be to me.
I like making friends here and I'll befriend ALMOST anyone...but I will only subscribe to constructive channels where creativity is apparent......I do not do 'sub for sub'...and I don't care about numbers.
If you are easily offended by a given string of words then this channel won't be for you.
I am learning constantly and refining myself through creativity and progress...Occasionally, I enjoy a debate...if I see it's worth the breath...I'm quite happy that people believe whatever they like...but I'm not here to argue their beliefs with them.
In between my own creative bouts (some of which end up here on YouTube) I like to watch, comment and rate every vid from those I regard as very good friends here...so if you find me commenting a lot on your vids...don't worry...I'm not a stalker... (Well, my psychiatrist says I'm not!...Ask him!...He's over by the window with those binoculars again!)...it just means I like your stuff!
I welcome constructive criticism...I can also give it.
Everything I upload here is for YOUR enjoyment...so...please do so!
Now...You can call me Maad...I'm a bit of a musician and I compose and record my own work....I've uploaded a couple of my songs for anyone who wants to listen in and I plan to upload a few more.
I can get a tune out of quite a few instruments but my main thing is the piano, which I've been playing since I was a kid.
The upside to recording my music is that it costs very little to produce since the writers, the performers and the studio engineers are all me!
The downside, however, is that it takes much longer to bring it all together... whereas bands usually do it in half the time!
I've been recording my own work for about twenty years now and I've got crates of master tapes.
My music can be somewhat peculiar at times and I suppose it has been influenced to a degree by the stuff I enjoy listening to....Floyd, Queen, Enya,The Doors, Stewart Copeland, a whole bunch of classical stuff and many other genres....
I'm in my late thirties now so I suppose I'm getting a bit cynical about all the bullshit we live with....that is not to say that I've forgotten how to have a good laugh!...Why else would I be on YouTube?
