My "Nostalgia" series of videos attempts to capture, in 3D, places or moments many people will share in their own past or present. The idea is that these moments aren't lost to us. They are stored here and you and I can access them. My evening bus ride over the Auckland Harbour Bridge, for example, might remind you of one or a thousand of your own....on this bridge or some other....and we are free to use this video as a form of augmented memory. To live the moment again.
20121004 - My 7th year on YouTube is now well underway and I'm still enjoying the ride. I make the videos I like to make...and every now and again one of them catches fire and gets 100,000 or 500,000 views.
My interest in 3D continues. I recently bought an LG D2542P "Cinema 3D" monitor for my PC. I can now watch 3D videos fullscreen in correct colour and they look GREAT!
I hope you like some of my 3D videos. I'm going to try to make more with people in them. Faces are fascinating in 3D. I always appreciate constructive feedback. Leave a comment or send me a message.
