Just because Chris can do it and be 8% doesn't mean everyone can. Keep that in mind. Personally i couldn't. Eating as much as i want and whatever i want in a day would surely set me back BIG time. I know because i've done it multiple times.

Hey guys, just to respond to the comments on how deep I go, I have pretty bad pain from my two inguinal hernias if I go any lower than I go. I used to go lower back in highschool, but cant any longer. I still feel me legs get a great workout from these, but I would go lower if I could

Simple yet effective chest workout

For chest I like to keep it simple, using mostly dumbells and making sure to keep the sets heavy and intense but not overdoing it as far as volume....

Barbells tend to hurt my shoulders so I do more dumbbells. I still occassionally work with barbells though
