Paz Room in Medical Platform has many secrets inside. Video shows these secrets in the game Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. In order to trigger the Paz room to be unlocked, you must first extract a Wandering Mother Base Soldier (Side Op 51), and you will be shown two techniques (playing Love Deterrence song and hiding in Cardboard Box). After the room is unlocked, you can see the cutscene that reveals what happened in the helicopter with Paz, Chico, Venom Snake (Medic), and Naked Snake in the same copter cabin. Finally, the trick that shows you that the Paz room is fake is revealed using supply drops and weapon drops. You also get to see secret tricks you can do with a supply drop box while inside Paz's room.
