LEGITIMATE is Daniel Padim's newest album, a fully autoral work with 12 original songs. It is a conceptual album in which each song is meant to be a part of a bigger story divided in two acts.

The story, an epic fantasy, describes an imaginary Kingdom being attacked by invaders and the quest and rise of a hero named Bing Forrest.

The first act (songs 1-6) depicts the invasion and battle in the central kingdom. The second act (songs 7-12) introduces our protagonist Bing Forrest, and his adventurous journey.

The cover art, exquisitely created by the artist Daniel Daleva, shows a drawing of Daniel Padim, with a thumbpick, owning eleven blue floating objects upon his right hand’s palm. The booklet inside reveals that each object is an icon representing one of the album's songs. The illustrations and texts show a story to be told by the guitar, a story that reaches its pinnacle on its twelfth object: a tree.
