To mark the relaunch of Nick (and the infamous new logo), the stars of iCarly and True Jackson, V.P., and other members of the Nick elite, get drenched in the immortal green substance called slime. It was seen at 6:00 am EST the morning of Sept. 28, the first day of a corporate relaunch of all the Nick channels (Nicktoons, Noggin [which is now Nick Jr.] and The N [now TeenNick]); the new branding was immediately added on Nick@Nite's final episode of "The Nanny" for the night/morning. As with everyone, the new logo marks the end of many's association of Nick, the classic splat and their childhood; but as many others have said, the Nick we know now is not the Nick from 15 years ago. The continuity, however, seems pretty damn good. And as seen in the promo, even though the look has changed, it isn't Nickelodeon without the slime.

Sam talks about St John Ambulance before going off on duty. Any questions?

and you are not wrong dude, that's just what happens, and like in Matrix, most of people can't see it (because they taught to don't)
