So after my near death experience on that killer ride (see the video before this) , and as I was being pushed around Cabala’s in my body bag while looking for a new pair of skateboard shoes and some trout and salmon seasoning, I took these sad snap shot of majestic dead animals. Then I wondered what humans would look like stuffed and hung upon a wall if the animals had inherited the earth.

A nice man came up to me, (a bit over weight) so unzipped my body bag as he was telling me about the bison he had killed. He said it was larger than the one in the store. And he was very proud. He said he was born into from a family of hunters and grew up on wild game. I told him that I used to fish and had eaten my share of trout, bison burgers, deer and duck roasts, and had an amazing elk sub and elk burger at Cabala's. But the only animals I hunt today are attacking bee's, in video games, or the occasional zombie or two. Haha

Don't get me wrong; I am not “anti hunting”. Just anti sport hunting. But it is better to put the skin on display and use the meat to prevent hunger, that to let it rot. Unless you are watching the “Lion King” and listening to Elton John sing “The Circle of Life”.

As a sad note, Cabala’s was just sold to Bass Pro Shops. They really are great sporting good store and I hope they keep the displays just the way they are. Show less
