who's origin is mixed polynesian, portugese with brazilian, worked with such names as Kool & the Gang, Adveva, Peter Gabriel, Robert Palmer and many others.
Eszteca's dance career started at the age of nine by dancing on the streets of Amsterdam in 1983. His dance style developed in stride with the development of the Hiphop culture. By keeping on top of the current dance developments he has "Bboying, Hiphop Old & Newskool, House dance, Popping, Locking and all the latest forms of street dance"
"Dancing is not a job" he says, it is his life and passion! This desire has lead him to work with international artists like the Spice Girls world tour '98, Missy Elliot, Donna Summer, En Vogue and has lead him to become friends with the world's top dancers and choreographers like Elite Force, Marty Kudelka, Eddie Morales, Sisco, Black Eyed peas, and many other dancers from the underground scene from around the world.
More recently Eszteca is teaching workshops internationaly and spreading knowledge and sharing his experience in Hiphop, House dance & Locking. He was recently invited to teach workshops in Russia, Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Germany, Switserland, Spain, Italy, Malta, India and Turkey.
Eszteca is a real street dancer who has gained experience on both sides of the dance scene, commercially and underground. In the last years he decided to stop working as a commercial dancer and went back to his roots of Hiphop, Funk and House. He has taken part on many big international dance battles such as Justedebout, Funkin Styles, Street Dance Kemp and many more from 2003 till 2010 and always ended with the best 8 in the final rounds of Hiphop, House dance & Locking. Eszteca is a dancer who is highly respected and apreciated by the international dance scene.
More recently Eszteca is running his dance school in Amsterdam where he teaches Hiphop, House, Locking & Krump and guides semi proffesional dancers to a international level.
