It is good to hear back from you and i am glad to hear you have looked further into the mcguire programme. I really could not give you an accurate price, but I think the one off fee is 600 quid. Pleas do not base any decisions on this, much more reliable information could be obtained from a regional director or someone connected with the mcguire programme.
I hope by now you have got the bursary anyway or found a way of raising the money. I am sure you appreciate this point, but I cannot overemphasise the benefits of the mcguire programme to someone who is willing to work hard at it.

The first course is always very hard work, mentally and physically. I went through the full range of emotions and put in a lot of hard work, but came out of it feeling a much better and happier person. The course is not a miracle cure and does require a lot of hard work and perseverence, but personally my happiness is worth anything.
As long as you go into it with the right attitude, one of open-mindedness and willingness to put in the hard work, you will be successful. Which course are you looking to attend? I think if money is an issue, the mcguire course sometimes offers busaries. Contact your Regional director from the mcguire programme if you think you may be eligible for one.

Hi there,
I was just looking at one of the gareth gates interviews and noticed your comment. I had a stammer for 19 years until i came on the mcguire programme and now I am on the process of recovering from it. It was really hard for me to even acknowledge to other people I had one, not least go on a speech therapy course, so I understand if you are hesitant or wary of this.
