Since 2007, Marcin Jakubowski has been leading the charge on the Global Village Construction Set, a set of 50 modular machines that a modern civilization can be built with.

The Open Building Institute is his latest project. It builds on work from the Global Village Construction Set with a new focus--affordable, sustainable housing. The result is a modular house, that is low-cost and high-efficiency. Together with his wife, Marcin successfully kickstarted this initiative, which includes a variety of offerings: education, materials production facilities, and more!
