    R-LOW music/ REAL LIVE TV was established in 2006 by CEO & Co-Founder Kevin Smith, a talented musician and businessman out of the Greater Toronto region. To Smith, RLOW music represents an outlet for Toronto's "elite", blessed by talent and driven by success to advertise themselves in a barrier breaking and transnational way.

    Essentially, its' purpose is to create an atmosphere that places artists in a position that will bring them closer to wide reception, acknowledgement and eventual stardom. Through the channels of communicational devices in media such as radio, internet and music, Smith is convinced that R-LOW MUSIC/ R-LOW TV offers its' artists the right techniques and preparation to gear them towards the path of musical success.
