This was shot with the Panasonic GH2.
It was shot using Driftwood's AQ2 176MB/s patch (Trascend 32GB Class 10 20MB/s) and later graded in post production for a filmic/fine-grain look.

Production:
Several shots and angles of one single action (my friend running).
The camera was set to about 1/1600th shutter and an ISO of 160.
In post production the footage, originally shot in 1280x720@60p, was conformed to 24p and slowed an additional 40% (for the scenes that I was going to make slow).
Those scenes were later mixed with twixtor and slowed to achieve a somewhat successful slow-down.

Final:
The final was essentially graded in After Effects and rendered out as an uncompressed AVI (to refrain from losing quality) and later muxed using MeGUI into a file that was 25MB/s for a proper trade-off between quality and filesize (for uploading here and on Vimeo).
