The more I research I do on the Heber Wild Horses the more I realize they could be rounded up and auctioned off, even for slaughter, at any time. The proposed plan is to reduce the 400 horses in that area down to 28-35. Bucky's Band would surely be part of those rounded up because they are not afraid of people and that is one of the criteria that is used in determining which horses would be up for auction.
