This is the secret ending for devil may cry 4, to unlock this ending you need to protect kyrie for one and a half minutes pretty easy but gets crazy on some of the harder modes.

This is the second cut scene with Lady in it as she does not play a very big role in this game. Other than that its defantly the best cutscene out of the intire game, it shows a cat fight and alot of nice camera shots.
