I'm a friendly sort of guy. Pretty laid back too. I really enjoy working out although I've eased off for the last year. As you will see below chest exercises are my thing. I am looking to get back to full steam ahead.

I like to see muscle progress and I am in awe of those great transformations. They are inspiring. A personal traner I am not but only too pleased to encourage and advise for what its worth.
