I am so excited to finally be releasing this collab! Thinking of Twilight Sparkle and the reluctance she had towards friendship at the start of the series reminded me of my own bad experiences with friendship and the reluctance I had to open up to others again after being hurt so many times. It isn't an easy thing to learn to trust again, but when you find the right friends, it makes the journey more than worth it

I can't thank Jared (Joaftheloaf) enough for the countless hours he spent on this song over the past week making the instrumental, mastering, and singing. And God, was all of it gorgeous :)
