Just your average everyday existentialist, strongly influenced by traditional American individualism.

Politics: Like the philosophical anarchist Thomas Jefferson I don't believe that the state has moral authority in requiring anyone to against their will, but nevertheless I advocate the existence of a contained limited state as a necessary "evil" to maximize protection of the liberty of the individual and the fruits of his labor.

Economics: Economic individualism, i.e. laissez-faire capitalism. The fruits of the individual's labor must be protected as much as possible from the socialist, if the individual is to reach his potential and maximize his prosperity.

Ethics: Rational egoism. Why? Because it works.

Purpose of life: The pursuit of happiness. Why do I choose happiness? Because it feels good, and I want more of it.

Most fundamental value: Life. Why? Because without it I can't pursue happiness.
