Investment in infrastructure is key to Colombia’s peace and prosperity. Colombia launched what it calls the fourth-generation (4G) road program, one of the most ambitious infrastructure programs in the world. It includes 32 projects to build some 8,000 km of roads with a total investment of $25 billion during the next seven years.
