http://www.dynamis.training/self-defence/ - This playlist shows live scenario replications in protective gear which are SOMETIMES part of the training at Dynamis Gym. We spend the majority of our time practicing "parts of the whole" in order to build skill and repertoire through a graded learning process. Only when the learner is ready do we then start to add protective gear, speed, intensity, chaos and harder contact into the training. In retrospect, some of the feedback comments on the performances are overly-harsh as the students are all doing a fine job!
