Alan Espasandin

Pacific River CEO Alan Espasandin pulled two poeple out of the cold Tacoma Narrows water after they and another person on a small boat broke-down and got sucked under a barge. One of the victims was able to jump off the boat just before it got pulled under water and he clung on to the tires on the side of the barge. The other two victims were sucked under the barge with their boat. Show less
