Don't panic if you can't answer your clients questions, but if you can't answer enough of them, you're probably not going to get the job. However, it will be even worse to lie to your clients, so simply state the facts and tell them that you will get back with them when you find the correct answer.

These videos will provide you with a better idea of whether or not you really want to become a contractor and start your own construction business. You will need to be dedicated and willing to work hard in order to keep the business going and if you're not willing to put the time in, then don't bother.
The best tip I could give young contractors would be to get the book "501 Contractor Tips" and use it as a companion guide to all of the videos we have created so far. I wish you the best of luck and hope you succeed at whatever you choose to do.
