PHO MIX SOUP BASE which can be found in an asian market, cow bone , the big ass bone that got lot of MARROW in it(ask them to chop it in small portion to make pho), ginger, onion, lemongrass(make sure you grill them), that for the soup pot, now you need pho noodle which is different from other noodle, just ask them people that work at the market , bring an asian friend or something cause most of them don't even speak english -.-" get a bottle of hoising sause and hot sauce FOR PHO( this is for dipping when you want more flavor in your meat later , not for the soup oki) . for the veggie you need bean sprout,chop green onion, basil, lemon,. for the meat you need them 3 dollar something beef, and ask them to slice it really thin for pho,get a bag of beef ball, may be some beef stripe if you like.( oh and for the soup to be good and sweet, you need to slow cook it for 4 hr or more. just read instruction on the item that you are going to buy, they'll guide you through. good luck
